- Users have more granular control over conflict handling, including modified time and size which can be applied to the overwrite and rename Jobs. For example, users can perform a copy job and only overwrite files on the target when the modified time is different than the source
- Users can fail jobs based on runtime, percentage, or number of failed files within the job

We have added the ability to schedule policies based on cron functionality. You can either use our built-in tool or paste your own cron into our UI
