Downloading Logs from the Data Intelligence Module

To download logs from the Data Intelligence module, follow these steps:

1. Click Intelligence > Settings in the left-hand navigation panel.
   The Settings page displays. 
2. In the General section, click Download all logs. 
   A log.zip file downloads locally to your device.
