Setting up the credentials
Before the credentials can be created, make sure to know how to retrieve your keys from BackBlaze B2. Here is a useful link about how to create or find these keys: BackBlaze B2.
Once the keys are acquired, there are two ways to create the DataIntell Cloud Storage credentials:
It can be created from the Cloud Storage section: → Data → Cloud Storage → Credentials → +.
Select the Cloud Storage type in the dropdown and enter the required keys.
It can also be created from the Cloud Storage wizard: → Data → + → Cloud Storage → Credentials → Add new credentials.
Setting up the bucket
Before creating the bucket, here’s an example of the name and the region for BackBlaze B2:
Note: BackBlaze B2 buckets created prior to May 4th, 2020 are not compatible. If that is the case, create a new bucket.
To create the bucket, there are two ways to do it:
It can be created from the Cloud Storage wizard: → Data.
It can be created from the Cloud Storage section: → Data → Cloud Storage → Buckets → +.
