A CloudSoda deployment includes two key components: the CloudSoda Controller and CloudSoda Agents. The CloudSoda Controller consists of the web portal and APIs that users interact with directly, providing a central interface for managing and configuring services. The Agents are external application clients responsible for interacting with the data storage.
The CloudSoda Controller can be deployed either in your environment (CloudSoda Server) or hosted by us (CloudSoda SaaS). Specifications for the CloudSoda Controller are available in the CloudSoda Reference Architecture Guide. For detailed instructions on setting up and configuring the Server Controller, refer to the Deployment Guide (Server).
