Storage Reports

Storage reports are available on the Reporting page. To access storage reports, follow these steps: 

1. Click Orchestration > Reporting in the left-hand navigation panel. The Reporting page displays and defaults to the Storage tab, showing the Storage report for the current month.
   
   
2. To view data from other reporting periods (by week, month, quarter, and year), click the drop-down and select the desired time period. The report refreshes to show the corresponding data.
   

Storage items displayed in the report:

• Cost – Represents your total cloud spend, including both storage and data movement costs. The graphic displays the cumulative cost from the beginning to the end of the selected reporting period.
  
  

• File – Summarizes your NFS and SMB storage usage, showing whether usage is trending up or down over the selected period. The small secondary number in the graphic indicates the usage at the start of the period.

• Cloud – Displays your cloud storage usage and trend (up or down) from the beginning of the selected time frame, indicated by the second smaller number in the graphic.
  
  

• Storage Cost Overview – Breaks down your storage spending by storage location or storage class for the selected period. You can interact with the graph by clicking on storage classes to include or exclude them for a customized view.
  
  

• Cloud Transfer Expenses – Details data transfer costs by storage class, including a summary of all associated buckets. This section provides information on Jobs, Files, Data volume, costs, and relevant policies linked to those transfers.
